October update: a faster, clearer panel

A summary of what changed in ZapZap API in October 2026, with the before and after of each improvement.

    Before:
In the chat, the number and the family were chosen with separate controls, and a scheduled message that failed did not explain why.
    Now:
One selector for numbers and families, conversations that show the answering number, group history, schedules with a reason and resend, Status with a preview and the panel in three languages.

One selector for numbers and number families

Switching numbers, or viewing every conversation in a family, is now a single click in one place, on desktop and mobile.

    Before:
The chat showed one number at a time: to see another number's conversations you had to switch it in the selector, and there was no single view of a family's conversations.
    Now:
There is now one selector, grouped into Families and Numbers, with search by name. It shows what is selected, how many numbers a family has and your unread conversations.

Every conversation shows which number is answering

The photo and name of the number appear on each conversation, and the "+" button asks which number you want to start from.

    Before:
Inside a family, each conversation showed only the name of the number serving it, without the profile photo.
    Now:
Each conversation shows the photo and name of the answering number. When you start a new chat with the "+" button, the panel first asks which number you want to start from.

Group join and leave history inside the conversation

Who joined, who left and what changed in the group now appears inside the conversation, in the order it happened.

    Before:
Group events such as joins, leaves and name changes did not show up in the panel. To understand what had happened you had to open the WhatsApp app.
    Now:
Joins, leaves, removals, admin changes, and name and description changes appear as discreet lines inside the conversation. Several events in a row are grouped, for example "Alex and 12 others joined".

Scheduled messages that fail now tell you why

When a scheduled message does not go out, the panel shows the reason and offers a "Try again" button.

    Before:
If a scheduled message did not go out, for example because the number was disconnected, there was no clear notice of the reason.
    Now:
The message that did not go out appears in the list with a red line explaining the reason and a "Try again" button. You can also remove from the list anything that no longer makes sense to send.

WhatsApp Status with live preview and simple scheduling

Watch your Status take shape as you create it and schedule it in two taps, with the daily quota always in view.

    Now:
The screen shows a story style preview while you write, with colors and fonts you pick visually. Scheduling is fast, with shortcuts such as "Today 6 PM" and "Tomorrow 9 AM", and the remaining quota for the day is on screen.

Panel in Portuguese, English and Spanish, with search

Switch the panel language with a searchable selector with flags, and use ZapZap API in your team language.

    Before:
The language selector was a plain list, with no search field.
    Now:
The language selector now has search and flags. The panel works in Portuguese, English and Spanish, and your choice also applies to the emails and notices we send you.

Connection link opens in the right language for your client

The page you send clients to connect WhatsApp now appears in your account language, not in their browser language.

    Before:
The connection page followed the language of the browser opening the link. If the client browser was set to another language, the page looked different from the rest of your communication.
    Now:
The connection page opens in the language set on your account, which is the language of your operation. Your end client sees the same language you use to serve them.

Phone numbers from anywhere, with country and flag

Phone fields accept any country and make it clear which one was chosen.

    Before:
Phone fields assumed the Brazilian format.
    Now:
Phone fields now include a country selector with a flag. The country is never assumed: you choose, and the number is stored in international format, ready to send anywhere.

    Conversation labels to organize support

Tag conversations with your account labels and filter the list by them.

    Now:
Create labels with a name and color in your account, apply them to conversations and filter the list by them. Labels apply to every number on the account, so the whole team organizes support the same way.

    Recurring scheduled messages

Repeat a message every day, week, month or year.

    Before:
Each schedule applied to a single date, and anyone needing to repeat a message had to create it all over again.
    Now:
Scheduling now repeats: daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. You create it once and ZapZap sends on the following dates, useful for reminders, billing and special dates.

Pause automations on a single conversation

Take over a conversation by pausing the AI and flows for that contact only, right on screen.

    Before:
Pausing automations for one contact meant typing commands, such as #pausa for the AI, or replying by hand, and there was no on-screen control to pause only the AI or only the flows.
    Now:
Inside the conversation, a control pauses automations for that contact only, and you resume whenever you want. Every other conversation keeps being handled normally.
