Scheduled messages that fail now tell you why
When a scheduled message does not go out, the panel shows the reason and offers a "Try again" button.
Create my accountHow it was before
If a scheduled message did not go out, for example because the number was disconnected, there was no clear notice of the reason.
How it works now
The message that did not go out appears in the list with a red line explaining the reason and a "Try again" button. You can also remove from the list anything that no longer makes sense to send.
What you gain
- You know right away what happened to each scheduled message
- Resend in one click without recreating the message
- A clean list: remove what is no longer relevant
What changed
Scheduled messages that failed in the last 48 hours stay visible in the list. Each one shows the reason for the failure in plain language, such as a disconnected number, a sending error or a time that has already passed.
What you can do
- Tap "Try again" to resend
- Remove from the list a message that no longer needs to go out
It also covers Status
The same reason notice and the try again option exist for scheduled WhatsApp Status updates.
