Each conversation shows the photo and name of the answering number. When you start a new chat with the "+" button, the panel first asks which number you want to start from.

What you see now
Inside each conversation you see the profile photo and the name of the WhatsApp number answering that customer. One look tells you which number you are speaking from.
Starting a new conversation
When you tap the "+" button, the panel asks which number you want to start from. You choose before writing the first message, not after.
Why it matters
If you use more than one number, for example one per location, team or campaign, you avoid mix-ups and keep each customer on the agreed channel.
