A summary of what changed in ZapZap API in October 2026, with the before and after of each improvement.

In the chat, the number and the family were chosen with separate controls, and a scheduled message that failed did not explain why.
How it works now
One selector for numbers and families, conversations that show the answering number, group history, schedules with a reason and resend, Status with a preview and the panel in three languages.

- One selector for numbers and number families
- Each conversation shows the photo and name of the answering number
- The "+" button asks which number you want to start from
Groups
- Joins, leaves and group changes appear right in the conversation
Scheduling and Status
- A scheduled message that failed explains why and has a "Try again" button
- WhatsApp Status with live preview, time shortcuts and the daily quota in view
Languages
- Language selector with search and flags
- The client connection link opens in your account language
