Flows: build your support by dragging blocks

Build WhatsApp conversation automations with a visual editor, a simulator and automatic saving.

    Now:
The Flows editor lets you build your service step by step by dragging blocks: triggers, text messages, buttons, lists, media, polls and carousels, waiting for a reply, conditions, delays, webhook calls and handoff to a person. Your work saves itself and a simulator shows what the customer will see.

Warm-up with natural conversation and a sleep cycle

Numbers warm up with thousands of phrases, back-to-back messages and a rest schedule of their own.

    Before:
Warm-up followed a fixed window, from 8 am to 10 pm, the same for every number.
    Now:
Each number gets its own sleep cycle, and conversations draw on a bank of thousands of phrases, stickers, images and short replies. Messages can be split into several in a row, the way people do, and there are warm-up groups for the community.

AI with media, reaction-based learning and business hours

The AI sends PDFs, audio and images, learns from customer reactions and resumes chats received after hours.

    Now:
You upload materials for the AI and it describes each file by itself so it knows when to send it. Thumbs-up and thumbs-down reactions help tune its answers, greetings do not repeat, and chats that arrive outside business hours are resumed when the day opens. A test mode limits replies to the numbers you define.

Complete documentation and a ready-made guide for your AI

Documented endpoints went from 72 to 144, and you can export a tailored guide for your AI to build the integration.

    Before:
The documentation covered 72 endpoints, organized in 8 categories.
    Now:
There are 144 endpoints in 15 categories, with a playground to test them. An llms.txt file summarizes the documentation for AI assistants, and the Export for AI button creates a personalized guide with only the endpoints for what you want to build.

Create and manage your numbers through the API

Create, list and delete numbers and configure webhooks with your API key, without opening the dashboard.

    Now:
The public API now covers management: you create, list and delete numbers, read and change the webhook and test its delivery using your account API key. Each number also accepts a free metadata field, which comes back in the webhook events.

Sales funnel and automatic follow-up in the AI

The AI sorts your leads into stages and picks stalled conversations back up, within your business hours.

    Now:
The AI places each lead in a funnel stage (new, interested, negotiating, customer or lost) and shows the numbers on its own page. Automatic follow-up restarts inactive chats in steps you configure, respects your business hours, stops when the contact replies and skips people who already became customers or were marked as lost.

WhatsApp and email alerts, and password reset on WhatsApp

Get the important account alerts on the channel you prefer and reset your password through WhatsApp.

    Now:
Payment, balance and connection alerts arrive on WhatsApp and by email, with texts you can customize. You choose which alerts you want on each channel, and password recovery also works through WhatsApp.

An AI agent that handles WhatsApp conversations

An AI replies to your customers, understands audio and images, and hands the chat to a person when needed.

    Now:
The AI agent replies to the messages on your number using the context you set up. It waits for the customer to finish writing before answering, transcribes voice notes, interprets images, notices when a customer is unhappy and hands the chat over to you, and you turn the AI back on whenever you like.

Number families: several WhatsApps working together

Group numbers into a family and spread campaigns across them, with an alert if one disconnects.

    Now:
You build a family with one main number and other numbers linked to it. The contacts of a campaign are spread across the numbers of the family, and you choose whether the main number also takes part in sending. If a number in the family disconnects, you get an alert in the dashboard and on WhatsApp.

Bulk campaigns with a human pace and variables

Upload a CSV list, personalize the message and follow sending in real time, with pause and resume.

    Now:
Campaigns send from a CSV list, with a pause between messages that changes with text length, time of day and fatigue as the campaign goes on. You insert variables such as the first name and the greeting for the moment, follow progress live and can pause and resume whenever you like.

    Automatic warm-up for WhatsApp numbers

Your numbers exchange messages with each other at a human pace to build a natural usage history.

    Now:
Aquece Zap makes your numbers talk to each other with delays similar to a real person and phrases that vary. You choose between Private mode, using only your own numbers, and Community mode, which also talks to numbers from other customers, and you tune the intensity per number.

Prepaid balance and automatic billing per number

Top up your balance, choose your billing day and see the cost before you create each number.

    Now:
You keep a balance on your account and each number is billed on the day you choose, from 1 to 28. Before you create a number, the dashboard shows the prorated amount up to the next billing date and the balance left. Everything appears in your statement.
