What changed in the dashboard, no fluff: how it was before, how it works now and what you gain. The most recent come first.

Visible human handling and a Return to bot button

The conversation shows when a person has taken over and lets you hand it back to automation.

    Now:
When you reply manually, the conversation gets a human handling badge, and the AI and flows stop answering over you. When you are done, the Return to bot button turns the AI back on for that contact and lets flows trigger again.

WhatsApp sales recovery in three clicks

A wizard builds the recovery flow from the webhook of your sales platform.

    Before:
Setting up recovery by webhook required mapping payment fields by hand, which stopped non-technical people.
    Now:
The Sales Recovery wizard finds the phone, name, product, email and value in the incoming webhook by itself, generates a ready flow with a message and follow-up and explains the steps for your platform. It works with Kiwify, Hotmart, Eduzz, Monetizze and Yampi, and validates the webhook signature of each one.

Flows that call external APIs and organize into folders

Fetch data from other systems inside a flow, test the call right there and organize everything in folders.

    Now:
The API Request block calls an external service, reads the JSON response and stores fields as flow variables, with Bearer, API key or Basic authentication from a simple menu. A Test button shows the response and lets you click the field you want to use. Flows gain nested folders, with drag and drop.

Connect numbers that require a Passkey

A browser extension migrates the WhatsApp Web session to your number in the dashboard.

    Before:
WhatsApp Business numbers that require a Passkey could not connect through the QR code.
    Now:
You install the ZapZap Connect extension, generate a code in the dashboard and migrate the WhatsApp Web session to the instance. The dashboard shows a step-by-step guide on screen, the connection refreshes by itself when it finishes and the profile photo is synced. There is also a public page with the guide and the download.

Emergency button and anti-loop shield per number

Pause a number API with one click, without disconnecting WhatsApp, and stay protected from looping automations.

    Now:
In each number settings tab there is an emergency button: when triggered, the API refuses new calls and webhook delivery to your system is suspended, but the WhatsApp session stays connected, and you resume with one click. The anti-loop shield watches for automations that keep replying and turns on by itself, with a limit you can adjust.

Share flows and edit them together

Invite people to view or edit a flow, with clear roles and a bell notification.

    Now:
Each flow can be shared with collaborators who edit at the same time, or only view. People who get an invitation are notified through the dashboard bell, and the flow also inherits the collaborators of the number where it is applied. Roles are owner, editor and viewer, and only the owner manages sharing.

Flows with service hours and follow-up

Set when a flow answers, reply outside hours and re-engage people who did not respond.

    Before:
Flows had no service hours: they answered at any time of day, and there was no way to tell a lead that service was closed.
    Now:
Each flow has a service window, with a configurable time zone: answer only between two times or do not answer inside them. Outside hours, the lead can receive an automatic message that you write, at most once every 6 hours per conversation. A wait block lets you hold for hours or days and take a different path if the customer does not reply, and the Call an agent block alerts your team on WhatsApp.

    Share numbers with your team

Invite people by email to operate a number, without handing over your password or billing access.

    Now:
The owner of a number adds collaborators by email. They see the number in lists, chat, groups and other screens, marked as shared, and you can filter between your numbers, shared ones or all. Collaborators cannot delete the number, share it with others or change billing.

Updates without downtime and with automatic rollback

The system runs on two replicas and updates one at a time, rolling back by itself if the new version fails.

    Now:
The main service now runs on two replicas. In each update, one replica is swapped at a time, and the old one only stops when the new one is healthy. If the new version fails its health check, the system goes back to the previous one by itself.

In chat: schedule messages, create groups and start chats

Schedule messages per conversation, start a new chat and create groups without leaving the dashboard.

    Now:
In any conversation, the clock icon opens scheduling for text or media, with a list of scheduled messages you can edit or cancel. The add button opens a new conversation, through an address book search or by number, and lets you create a group with a name, photo, description and participants. In groups where you are an admin, you can also promote and demote other admins.

Chat in the dashboard, looking like WhatsApp Web

Handle your conversations right in the dashboard, with real-time messages, media, reactions and replies.

    Now:
The Chat screen gathers the conversations of your numbers in an inbox that looks like WhatsApp Web. Messages arrive in real time, with sent, delivered and seen markers. You reply, react, delete, mention people in groups, send and receive media, search inside a conversation and filter by contacts, groups and archived chats.

SMS sending from the dashboard, single or in batches

Send SMS to one number or to a list, follow the status and see the history in the same dashboard.

    Now:
The SMS Sending screen sends single or batch messages, charged to the same balance as your account. You follow each send as sent, delivered, failed or replied, and the history is paginated. The dashboard explains delivery times and how to type the number, with the country code. SMS sending is currently for numbers in Brazil.
